I’m not a medical professional. I’m a certified hypnobirthing coach, trained to support you with evidence-based education, mindset tools, and practical techniques that complement your medical care. My role is to help you understand your options, build confidence, and feel calm and informed, not to replace professional medical advice or guidance from your care team.
