Welcome to Hypnobirthing with Sarah

Pregnancy is one of the most transformative experiences there is: raw, beautiful, and unlike anything else. It’s a time of deep change, where your body, mind, and heart expand to make space for new life. But let’s be honest, it can also feel overwhelming.

When it comes to birth, there’s an endless stream of information. Everyone has a story to tell, advice to give, and expectations to share, and it can be hard to know what or who to listen to.

That’s why I started Hypnobirthing with Sarah: to offer birth preparation that is practical, evidence-based, and empowering. A place where English-speaking mums-to-be in Switzerland can learn how birth really works, understand their options, and approach this experience with knowledge and self-assurance.

My approach is built around four key pillars: education, mindset, support, and preparation. These form the foundation of every course I teach, helping parents understand how birth works and feel equipped to make informed decisions along the way.

A positive birth experience matters, not just for the hours of labour, but for how you meet your baby and begin your journey into parenthood. When you feel informed and supported, it shapes your recovery, your confidence, and the way you carry that moment with you for life.

Birth is something we are maybe lucky enough to experience only once or only a few times, and it deserves our attention. Investing time in understanding your body and your options is one of the most meaningful ways to prepare for yourself, your baby, and your birth story.

Whether this is your first birth or your third, you deserve access to knowledge and guidance that helps you feel prepared and capable. This space is for parents who want to approach birth with clarity rather than fear.

Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing practical insights, real stories, and reflections on pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, all designed to help you feel grounded, informed, and empowered throughout your journey.

With love,

Sarah
